CRAZYFLY PRO TOUR 139×41
The Pro Tour is the freestyle machine in CrazyFly’s range. Every detail on this board is developed and designed with freestyle and aggressive riding in mind. Innovative materials of the highest quality are employed – such as Spread Tow Carbon and Kevlar reinforcements – and our focus is on perfectionism. The Pro Tour is a stiffer board with explosive pop, so that you can really commit and load it for new school freestyle tricks and nail them with ease and style. It offers wide stance options to provide extra stability in difficult landings, and the unique design of the SEC Pads and Straps provides maximum lock in. Complementing the package, Razor fins – with ultra thin profile – enhance speed and ensure early planning. The Pro Tour also utilizes a superb technology from the composite materials industry. Spread Tow Carbon Fabric provides more strength at lighter weights than traditional carbon weaves, and spreading the carbon yarn into very thin tapes enables the fabric to be evenly stretched ensuring maximum and consistent strength throughout the board with less weight. We have been working with carbon material for well over 15 years and there is simply no substitute. It’s not all about strength though – our designers have also added a slight layer of aluminum powder on the carbon fabric giving it a fancy sparkle in the sun! The Pro Tour is not suitable for all riders. It is aimed at pros and at advanced riders who are looking for a stiff board with explosive pop. If you know how to treat it though, it will repay you and take your kiting up to the next level: guaranteed. The Pro Tour Model comes complete with SEC footpads and Straps, Quick Fix II mounting system and Razor fins.
CRAZY FLY HYPER (2019)
With the strongest 5 strut kite frame we have ever made, the Hyper is rock solid. No fuzz in the air, just pure lift, glide and smooth touch down. With Triplex Ripstop, it pulls. It pulls a lot, like a train.
Extremely light bar pressure gives power on demand and ultimate control for this big air boosting kiteloop machine. It turns fast, on a dime, oh my.
High aspect, no respect. Pull to play, accelerate. Oh damn, hit the break, Load up, get high. Let fly. Come down. Retry.
The 2019 Hyper – Go big or go home.
CRAZY FLY TANGO (2019)
Shape wise, the Tango has short completely squared wingtips and short Linked bridle without pulleys or sliders for ultimate response and direct bar feel.
Exclusive to CrazyFly, Triplex is used, the most advanced ripstop material on the market. Triplex has by far the best strength to weight ratio and with triple coating its durability is unmatched. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt and abrasive objects, such as sand. Triple coating and three ripstop yarns ensure the lowest possible elongation and deterioration of the material.
For 2019, multiple details on the construction of the Tango are re-worked, with brand new fluid flow struts, redesigned wingtips with more dacron and lab tested seams.
The Tango pushes the limits of strength, rigidity and weight of the kite. With Strategic Dacron placement and Tailored Canopy, we created the most compact kite and the resulting performance is breathtaking.
JP FSW 85L FWS (2017)
LIMITED FINISH – LESS IS MORE
Since 2004 the first JP PRO Edition boards have a (SUPER) LIMITED FINISH. By reducing the amount of paint (sanding off) the weight is decreased. Consequently, the boards have a custom look with certain “imperfections” in the paint, thus the material below might shine through. Sometimes they even look as if repaired. This is also true for the Full Wood Sandwich boards as they now feature a LIMITED FINISH, too. You won’t find two boards exactly the same. We believe this is worth it as the weight reduction is substantial and there’s no loss of durability or strength.
Store your board in mild (neither hot, nor cold; not exposed to sunlight), dry places !
Winter storage: non-freezing (constantly above +5 C).
Note: Avoid storage in closed, damp conditions like in a wet boardbag! So, after windsurfing and safe transport put the board out of its bag and let both dry separately – otherwise your board will suffer from osmosis and blisters (bubbles) will show up on the boards surface. And your bag might start to smell.
